Education research and Development unit
The research and training development unit is responsible for developing and deepening the research culture among employees and creating research capacities in the Islamic Republic of Iran Airlines. In Human resources training research, development and planning unit in the human resources training and development center, in addition to educational activities, research activities are carried out in all areas of the air transportation industry according to the needs of different parts of Homa. The research, development and training planning unit of human resources is responsible for this in the company.
Also, this unit is responsible for designing new training courses, communicating with IATA and other training and research centers, evaluating training courses, presenting all programs and reports of training units, controlling the training budget and ensuring the safety and quality of training (ISO and IOSA standards).
